Shipping Information
We take pride in packaging your hand-poured candles with care to ensure they arrive safely from our Houston studio to your home.
Processing Time
All our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Origin & Carriers
All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Houston, Texas. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location. Free shipping on orders over $60.
Warm Weather Shipping
Soy wax has a lower melting point than paraffin wax, making it more susceptible to melting during transit in hot summer months. During summer (June - September), we may ship orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent packages from sitting in hot delivery trucks over the weekend.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@wicdcreations.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a photo of the shipping box. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
